Last Wednesday, Squarespace got the invite (see left) to a fundraiser after-party thrown by Tweet to ReMIND.
Tweet to ReMIND is an organization that "empowers Twitter users to donate dollars and tweets in support of our injured service members, veterans and their families to provide local resources they deserve as they heal and reintegrate into their communities."
So why did we get the invite to this cool-ass party? Well because we designed their site: http://tweettoremind.org (and by "we", I mean Krystyn of course)
The party was held at the B.B. King's Blues Club in Time Square. Celebs (albeit "B-List") were expected to be there , plus live peformances by The Fray and Grandmaster Flash. Given that I STILL hadn't seen a single celebrity since moving out here, I couldn't turn down this party. (And hello, how could I say no to an open bar??)
Ranee was my date, and we had an awesome time. Open bar. The Fray. Wilmer Valderrama. What more could we ask for? (Well actually, I was really hoping to see Alyssa Milano but we left before she showed.)
Here are some pics from the night, and a vid I took of The Fray performing a cover of "Heartless" by Kanye.

Why did you leave before Alyssa Milano showed up?
Idiot!Big Idiot!Looks like you guys had a great time! And I agree with Jochem, you left BEFORE Alyssa Milano showed up? Even I got to meet her once - ok so it was at a roller skating rink in Vegas ala '89- but I still met her!
